Terms and conditions

Please read these Purchase Terms and Conditions (the Purchase Terms) carefully to ensure that you are fully aware of your rights and our obligations to you when making a purchase.

Your completion and submission of your order signifies your agreement to be bound by the Purchase Terms, which constitute the agreement between Promotions r us and you. Any variation of the Purchase Terms must be in writing and signed by a representative of ours.

Purchases

The person making a purchase via the Website will be deemed to have accepted these Purchase Terms on behalf of the persons or business entities named in the booking form (if different from the person making payment).

You must provide full and accurate personal details at the time of placing your order with us. We will not be held responsible for any errors or omissions in your delivery details.

Purchase Price

All prices quoted on the Website or pursuant to your enquiry with us are in Australian Dollars and include GST. We reserve the right to vary the prices displayed on the Website from time to time and without notice to you.

You accept total responsibility for the goods purchased by you and you use the goods at your own risk.

Payment

We accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, Paypal and Bank Deposit. Regardless of your payment method, you will receive a transaction confirmation email confirming receipt of your order.

For all orders, we will email you a Tax Invoice relating to your order once we have received your payment in cleared funds.

Product Warranties

All goods sold on the Website are covered by the standard warranty provided by the manufacturer of the subject goods. The terms of warranties will vary between manufacturers. We in no way provide a separate warranty of any kind with respect to the goods purchased by you, except as may be required under any relevant consumer protection laws.

You will be solely responsible for all freight charges that may be incurred by you as a consequence of shipping goods to the manufacturer for assessment or replacement.

We will not be liable for any alteration or variation in the goods made by a manufacturer or supplier of the goods.

Return of Goods

Any return of goods to us by you will be governed in accordance with the Promotions r us Returns Policy.

Processing of Orders

We will only process orders on business days, which are Monday to Friday and exclude South Australian public holidays. If you place an order on a non-business day, we will process that order on the next business day.

Delivery Details and Charges

Customers are entirely responsible for the accuracy of their delivery details. Errors may include (but are not limited to); delivery to business premises without providing business/company name, incorrect postcode or suburb, missing unit or level number. Any such errors or omissions in your address details may result in delays or non-delivery of your order and as such you will not be entitled to a refund or replacement of goods or refund of shipping charges.

Extra fees charged to you by third party carriers which may include (but are not limited to) Australia Post parcel storage fees are the buyers responsibility and are not payable by us.

Delivery Times

We only ship orders on business days, which are Monday to Friday and exclude South Australian public holidays.

Orders will be posted within 3 business days after cleared payment has been received. Depending on your location, delivery can take between one to seven business days.

Delivery dates or times indicated by us on acceptance of your order are approximate only and do not constitute a guarantee of delivery or delivery by such date. Therefore, your non-receipt of ordered goods within the expected lead time will not be grounds for you to cancel your order or receive a refund for either products or postage costs.

Cancellation of Orders

We may cancel your order if, for any reason, we are unable to provide you with the Products subject to your order.

You will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek compensation for any loss, expense or damage (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience, which may result from such cancellation.

Title in Goods

Notwithstanding delivery of the Products, title in any particular Products will remain with us until you have paid and discharged any and all monies owing pursuant to any invoice issued by us in relation to the goods, including all applicable GST.

Risk in Goods

The risk in the goods will pass to you upon delivery of the ordered goods to you.

Jurisdiction

The laws of South Australia govern this agreement.
